*RETURNS & EXCHANGES**

-I do not accept returns or exchanges -- UNLESS THERE'S A MISTAKE ON MY PART!

-But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

-Custom and personalized items are not returnable/refundable unless there is a mistake that is my fault. Returns are done on an individual basis. Please contact me if you have an issue...your satisfaction is my priority.

*If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, I’d be happy to refund your item if I haven’t started it. All of my handmade items are made to order, I start them within 24hrs after you order.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
